Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the IT Master Services website located at itmasterhub.com, including the ITMSHUB Game, related pages, features, content, tools, accounts, services, and any other materials made available through the website. For purposes of these Terms, the website, game, content, and related services are collectively referred to as the Service.
The Service is owned and operated by IT Master Services, referred to in these Terms as IT Master Services, we, us, or our.

Enforcement: We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service if we believe, in our sole discretion, that a user has violated these Terms or used the Service in a harmful, abusive, unauthorized, or unlawful manner.
5. User Content and Game Data
The Service may allow you to submit, create, post, store, or display information, including usernames, company names, game decisions, profile information, messages, comments, scores, gameplay results, or other content, referred to as User Content.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and for any consequences of submitting it. By submitting User Content to the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to submit the User Content.
- The User Content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy right, publicity right, or other right of any third party.
- The User Content is accurate to the extent required and is not intentionally misleading.
- The User Content does not contain malware, harmful code, spam, phishing material, or deceptive links.
- The User Content does not contain unlawful, threatening, abusive, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable material.
- The User Content does not disclose confidential information of another person, company, employer, school, or organization without permission.
6. License to User Content
By submitting User Content, you grant IT Master Services a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, modify, adapt, publish, and use the User Content solely for purposes of operating, improving, securing, promoting, and displaying the Service.
We may remove, restrict, edit, or disable access to any User Content at any time if we believe it violates these Terms, creates risk, harms the Service, or is otherwise objectionable.
Deleting User Content or an account may not immediately remove all copies from backups, logs, cached pages, analytics, security records, or archival systems.
7. Game Results, Scores, and Availability
The ITMSHUB Game may include scoring, rankings, simulated events, recommendations, dashboards, logs, win/loss conditions, and other game results. These results are part of a fictional or simulated game environment and may not reflect real-world IT performance, business outcomes, cybersecurity readiness, or operational maturity.
We may change gameplay mechanics, scoring rules, events, difficulty, features, dashboards, terminology, and game availability at any time.
We do not guarantee that game results will be error-free, uninterrupted, preserved indefinitely, or available at all times. We may reset, modify, delete, or restore game data when needed for maintenance, security, testing, abuse prevention, bug fixes, or product improvement.
8. Payments and Paid Features
The Service may currently be free or may include paid features in the future. If paid features, subscriptions, upgrades, sponsorships, licenses, or other purchases are offered, the applicable fees, payment terms, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and refund terms will be presented at or before the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all fees are non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We reserve the right to modify, add, remove, or discontinue paid features at any time.
9. Intellectual Property

The names IT Master Services, ITMSHUB, ITMSHUB Game, and related logos, graphics, and branding may be trademarks or service marks of IT Master Services. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, tools, platforms, products, or services. These links are provided for convenience only.
IT Master Services does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, content, privacy practices, security practices, products, services, or availability. A link to a third-party website does not mean we endorse or approve that website or its contents.

11. Copyright Complaints and DMCA Notices
IT Master Services respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright, you may send a written notice containing the information required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IT Master Services and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or similar damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, loss of goodwill, computer damage, security incidents, or the cost of substitute services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of IT Master Services for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you paid to IT Master Services for use of the Service during the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service will be governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be the state or federal courts located in Alabama.
Before filing any legal claim, you agree to first contact IT Master Services and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. This informal resolution process does not apply to claims involving intellectual property infringement, unauthorized access, misuse of the Service, injunctive relief, or emergency legal relief.
19. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that provision or any other provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of IT Master Services.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

22. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms posted on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and IT Master Services regarding the Service and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or communications regarding the Service.
